Customer service by telephone is available Monday through Friday, from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm.

For all the other Customers, for all those who prefer a different contact channel, and for those calling from another country, DHL provides a fax (+39 02 82458107), an instant messaging service (chat) and the contact form indicated below (Customers will be contacted within the next working day).

In compliance with Article 8 of Resolution No. 413 - 14 – CONS, dated 29 July 2014 on the "Direttiva generale per l’adozione da parte dei fornitori di servizi postali delle carte dei servizi", DHL provides the toll-free number 800319784 for information about the features and prices of its services, the billing methods, the complaint and conciliation procedures and the reporting of a disservice. The number is open from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm. Any request will be processed within one business day.
