Effective September 25, 2026, the Elevated Risk surcharge on all shipments to and from Israel is suspended. We will continue to closely monitor the safety situation and comply with guidance from the relevant authorities.

To maintain our service level during periods of peak demand, we will be activating a Demand Surcharge.

For Time and Day Definite International shipping services, a Demand Surcharge will apply effective October 1, 2026 to February 5, 2027.

For Time Definite Domestic shipping services, a Demand Surcharge will apply effective November 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
