Demand Surcharge

To ensure operational continuity during a period of high demand, DHL will be activating Demand Surcharges effective October 1, 2025 until February 16, 2026.
Charge amounts and application dates may vary throughout the demand period determined by DHL. Any changes will be subject to prior notice.
Charges apply in USD per kg (billing weight), based on the shipment’s origin and destination. Fuel Surcharge applies.

Domestic Time Definite and Domestic Day Definite 2
During the Demand Period, a flat 0.10 USD per kg Demand Surcharge applies to all Domestic Time Definite and Domestic Day Definite shipping services.
2 DHL Express Domestic, DHL Express Domestic 9:00, DHL Express Domestic 10:30, DHL Express Domestic 12:00 as well as DHL Economy Select Domestic where available.
