Shipments that are in the process of being transported fraudulently on your DHL Express Account may be stopped. Also, if you suspect a receiver of ecommerce fraud, our Security Intercept Team can assist you.

Please be advised that only account holders (the owner of the account) can request to have a shipment stopped by security. The Security Intercept Team cannot change an address on any stopped shipments.
