If you are not expecting a DHL Express shipment, did not create an electronic waybill or someone is asking for your account information via email, it may be a fraudulent email. Please, do no not click any hyperlinks, open attachments or respond because due to malicious intent.

DHL brands, along with hundreds of other companies’ brands, are often targeted by fraud actors who send spam email. The use of the brand within the email is designed to make the message appear authentic. If you receive such an email, be assured that it was not authorized by DHL and that the shipment does not exist.
