Shipment Documents Upload Service (SDUS) is an online customer self-service portal that provides visibility to pending information and documentation required for U.S. Customs clearance of shipments that are on import clearance holds. This service replaces our Clearance On Demand tool.
Customers who receive a proactive notification can quickly and efficiently provide the needed information through the DHL portal and stay up to date throughout the process via email or SMS until all pending information is collected and accepted by DHL.
