Annual Price Increase
DHL Express will update its prices, effective January 2025. In Chile, the average price increase will be 6.5%
The price change applies to all discounted rates and agreements, where contracts allow.

DHL Express does not accept international shipments of Controlled Military Items subject to export controls.

This suspension does not include domestic shipments of Controlled Military Items or international shipments of licensed dual-use items.

If you are uncertain whether your shipment contains military items subject to export controls, please contact your national licensing authority (and/or the licensing authority in the country of origin and destination of the military items) to verify.

To ensure operational continuity during a period of high demand, DHL will be activating a Demand Surcharge (formerly known as Peak Season Surcharge) effective September 15, 2024 until January 31, 2025.

On Friday, December 23 and 30, we will operate with reduced hours due to the New Year's Eve festivities. 

  • Customer Service will attend until 1:00 p.m., later you can manage yourself through MyDHL+ or our chat at www.dhl.cl 

  • Collections will be until 2:00 p.m., and deliveries until 4:00 p.m. 

  • Our stores will operate until 2:00 p.m., both for dispatches and withdrawals. 

We have resumed limited outbound services from select locations in Ukraine to other countries.
We have temporarily suspended DHL Express shipments to and from Belarus and for inbound and domestic shipments to/within Russia.

DHL has been alerted of the unauthorized use of its business name in SMS messages asking receivers to download an application with the extension '.apk'. We encourage you to let us know at your earliest convenience by sending a screenshot of the suspicious SMS to phishing-dpdhl@dhl.com, include the suspicious phone number in the message. After reporting the fraudulent message, please delete it and under no circumstance should you download the application.

In addition to sending our most kind greetings we would like to inform you that due to the recent worldwide events related to the COVID-19 outbreak, our operation in Chile including Pick Up and Delivery will suffer an earlier cut-off time at 5:00 pm. Our Service Points will be operational but will also close at 5:00 PM. Our only operational Service Point located in Río Itata 9651, Pudahuel is working from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Meanwhile, our office located at the courier facilities inside Santiago International Airport is working online (via email) and receiving brokers with previously approved access by Customs Authorities.
