Annual Price Increase
DHL Express will update its prices, effective January 2024. In Guatemala, the average price increase will be 6.5%.
The price change applies to all discounted rates and agreements, where contracts allow.

DHL Express does not accept international shipments of Controlled Military Items subject to export controls.

This suspension does not include domestic shipments of Controlled Military Items or international shipments of licensed dual-use items.

If you are uncertain whether your shipment contains military items subject to export controls, please contact your national licensing authority (and/or the licensing authority in the country of origin and destination of the military items) to verify.

We have temporarily suspended DHL Express shipments to and from Belarus and for inbound and domestic shipments to/within Russia.

DHL has been alerted of the unauthorized use of its business name in SMS messages asking receivers to download an application with the extension '.apk'. We encourage you to let us know at your earliest convenience by sending a screenshot of the suspicious SMS to phishing-dpdhl@dhl.com, include the suspicious phone number in the message. After reporting the fraudulent message, please delete it and under no circumstance should you download the application.

DHL Express Guatemala alerts about a new mode of scam, where our name is used maliciously. Therefore, we share four key points that should be considered by our customers:
  1. DHL Express does not work with third parties for collection activities.
  2. DHL Express will only contact the person who requested the service (no relatives nor Friends)
  3. Our emails and social media are valid, and the domain of our corporate emails is dhl.com.  Our corporate website is: www.dhl.com
  4. Our bank accounts are corporate, you will never find individual bank accounts.  These are under the legal name DHL, S.A.
In case you receive WhatsApp communication or from a Gmail or Yahoo email on behalf of DHL,  you are facing a scam, since every process and communication from DHL will be using domain: dhl.com.
Every package or document has a follow-up number and to confirm if the request is from DHL Express or not you can go to www.dhl.com.
