DHL Express eSecure – Account Authorisation

As a DHL account administrator you should have a login to the MyDHL+ site.
From MyDHL+:
  • Go to: Login
  • Enter the email address from which you received the account request
  • Enter your password
  • Use Forgot/Reset Password if you have forgotten your password

Once you have logged in:

  • Go to: My Shipment Settings > Access eSecure
  • Select: Authorised User
  • Select status: Pending to view the request(s)
  • Select the entry listed and click: Approve (or Reject)
You are most likely accessing MyDHL+ with a different email. When logging into MyDHL+, enter the email address from which you received the account request and your password. Use Forgot/Reset Password if you have forgotten your password.
You can use the My Domain feature to control this. You can specify which email domains you will receive account requests from. Requests from any other email domain will be automatically rejected.
You can use the Authorised Domain feature to control this. You can specify which email domains you would like to approve automatically. Requests from any other email domain will follow the standard approval process.
Once you have logged into MyDHL+:
  • Go to: My Shipment Settings > Access eSecure
  • Select: Authorised User
  • Select status: Approved to view active authorisations
  • Select the entry listed and click: Reject
  • The authorisation will be revoked immediately
