Promotion Terms and Conditions:

“CADA MILÉSIMA CUENTA”

PROMOTER:

DHL EXPRESS MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V., (hereafter referred to as “DHL”), whose registered office is at Fuerza Aérea Mexicana No.540, Col. Federal, Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City, Zip Code 15700, Tax ID: DEM 880115 2E9.

REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER:

  1. Hold a valid Mexican residency.
  2. Natural person aged eighteen (18) years or over.
  3. Valid official identification (INE or passport).
  4. Excluded: employees of DHL Express Mexico, S.A. de C.V.

PROMOTION PERIOD:

The “Cada Milésima Cuenta” promotion (hereafter referred to as the “Promotion”) will be valid from 12:00 h of November 3, 2021, to 23:59 h of December 31, 2021 (Mexico City time).

PRIZES:

  1. 1st place: original replica helmet signed by Checo Perez
  2. From 2nd  o 24th place: jacket signed by Checo
  3. From 25th to 94th place: cap signed by Checo Perez
  4. The prize is non-transferable.
  5. Under no circumstances, the prize can be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
  6. A single user can only be awarded once during the Promotion.
  7. The prize is limited to one access to the Formula One Grand Prix event, thus no costs for transportation and/or meals are included, such expenses shall be the responsibility of each winner.

GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE:

This Promotion is only valid for participants within Mexican territory.

DYNAMICS:

  1. All people who make a national shipment in any of our more than 700 stores, and who have paid for their shipment with a credit, debit or cash card, will be considered participants.
  2. The participating products are: Express Domestic 8:30, Express Domestic 10:30, Express Domestic 12:00, Express Domestic or Express Select Domestic services from any of our points of sales, shall be considered a participant.
  3. The participant must download the DHL EffiBOT Dash app on Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  4. After the download of the app, the participant must enter the game and accept the Privacy Notice. Then click the CUP icon located at the bottom left side of their screen. The participant will click on Private and enter the “CadaMilesimaCuenta” code; then, click on Send to get redirected to the Promotion section. Every participant will see the dashboard with other participants’ score.
    1. The participant will click the red arrow at the top right side of their screen to go back to the main screen.
    2. Whenever ready, the participant shall click “Start”. A 5-second countdown will appear on screen to start the game.

HOW TO PLAY:

  • Glide your finger left, right, up, or down to move de EffiBOT (car) and collect DHL packages to earn points and get the highest score. Collect as many boxes as you can to get the highest possible score!
  • Avoid obstacles coming your way, such as cones, forklifts or DHL covered boxes; every time you bump into any of these, you will lose a life. Watch out since you only have 3 lives!
  • When your time is over, you will need to enter your full name and email to record your score on the dashboard.
    1. Your full name must be entered exactly as it appears on your official ID, to corroborate your identity.
  • If you still have lives available, you can play again and beat your own highest score!
  • If you achieve one of the 20 highest scores, your name will appear on the Leaders Dashboard.

SCORING SYSTEM:

Lives:

  • You have 3 lives per round.
  • If you bump into any object within the DHL warehouse, you will lose one life.
  • Game is over when you lose your 3 lives.

Scoring points:

  • Each box you collect from the DHL warehouse earns you 1 point.
  • There are special objects that will help you add more points:
    1. Magnets: Pick magnets up to attract all the boxes around you for 15 seconds. Each box you collect with the magnet earns you 1 point.
    2. Tires: Inside the game, you will be redirected to an other level for 30 seconds, where you will drive a DHL van. Collect as many boxes as you can, each one of them will earn you 5 points. You won’t lose lives in this level.
    3. Hoverboards: Inside the game, you will be redirected to an other level for 30 seconds, where you will drive a DHL light aircraft. Collect as many boxes as you can on the air, each one of them will earn you 5 points. You won’t lose lives in this level.
    4. Purple portals: You will be taken to a different level within the game, where you must collect as many fruits as you can. Each collected fruit will earn you 5 points. Don’t touch other characters, prevent getting hit by any objects they throw at you and don’t bump into obstacles. This level will end after 30 seconds or when you bump into / get hit by an object. You don’t lose lives while the level is on.
  • The above-mentioned icons - magnet, hoverboard, tire and portal - appear randomly throughout the main level.
  • You keep scoring points until you lose your 3 lives.

Tie-break.

  • In the event of a tie, the Leader Dashboard will show the results in a chronologic order, thus the first player who achieved the highest score will be the awarded winner.

WINNERS SELECTION:

  1. The highest scores will be awarded winners:
    1. First place will win an original replica helmet signed by Checo Pérez.
    2. From 2nd to 24th place will win a jacket signed by Checo Pérez.
    3. From place 25 to 73 they will win a cap signed by Checo Pérez
  2. Winners shall comply with the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein.
  3. Multiple tries are permitted during the Promotion Period by the user.
  4. The ranking will be available from the app.

PRIZE DELIVERY:

  1. Once DHL identifies the winners as per the above-mentioned methods, they will be contacted by the email address provided on the app between January 3, 04, 05, 06, 07, 2021 from 8:00 to 18:00 h (Mexico City time).
  2. Winners will be required to respond that email with their information (full name, age, email address and phone number) to confirm their identity, and to provide a picture of the waybill from the acquired Domestic Shipment by January 10, 2021.
    1. Shipper name in the waybill must match the winner’s identification.
    2. The waybill number needs to have been entered in our system within the Promotion Period.

In the event that the winner does not respond with the correct information within the stipulated time, they will lose the right for the awarded prize and DHL will be released from any liability to deliver the prize.

  1. Once the identity and Domestic Shipping have been verified, the prizes (helmet, jacket and cap) will be delivered to the store where they shipped from January 17 to January 21, 2022 during normal store hours.
  2. The Prize Winner shall present in person at the correct place, date, and time with their official identification in original (INE or passport) and a photocopy. In the event that the winner does not claim their prize at the stipulated place, days, and times, or if they do not comply with the requirements for delivery, they will lose the right for the awarded prize and DHL will be released from any liability to deliver the prize.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Promotion applicable for domestic shipments paid in cash, credit and / or debit card within the DHL store.
  • The promotion is not applicable for shipments made by Customers who have a shipping account with DHL.
  • DHL reserves the right to forthwith suspend temporarily or permanently the activity subject matter of these Terms and Conditions, in the event of irregularities or fraud within in, or in the case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances which substantially affects its execution.
  • DHL may disqualify a participant in the event of fraud or falsification of data, information or profiles while participating in the Promotion, or for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • DHL may disqualify participants who, in their reasonable opinion, are offensive and may disturb public order, morals and/or morality, and/or cause any type of prejudice against other participants, third parties or DHL’s goodwill and image.
  • The Promotion excludes DHL employees and staff members.
  • Any personal data provided to DHL will be stored and managed as required by the Federal Data Protection Act (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares), its Rules of Procedure and the Privacy Notice (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Legislation”), in accordance with our Privacy Notice available by visiting https://mydhl.express.dhl/mx/es/home.html#
  • By entering this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which shall be considered to have been read and accepted, and under no circumstances the participant could plead ignorance.
  • DHL and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable,
  • this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
  • The participant acknowledges that DHL may modify these terms and conditions without any liability for DHL or its shareholders, or its affiliates and / or subsidiaries, either by unilateral resolution of DHL or by any impediment or circumstance beyond DHL and / or its shareholders and / or subsidiaries (including any act of authority and / or force majeure and / or fortuitous event).
