Documents to Receive a Shipment in DHL Express Service Point
In order to receive a shipment addressed to a private individual, the receiver whose name is stated in the waybill shall provide:
- A valid passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation or a valid driving license of the citizen of the Russian Federation (for the Russian residents);
- A valid international passport (for foreign residents).
Those not stated as the receivers of the shipment addressed to a private individual shall provide:

A power of attorney from the receiver;

The copy of the first passport page confirming the identity of the receiver whose name is stated on the waybill;

The passport of the receiver whose name is stated in the power of attorney.
In order to receive a shipment addressed to a legal entity, the receiver shall provide:

A power of attorney from the legal entity to allow to receive the shipment;

The passport of the receiver whose name is stated in the power of attorney.
