Thanks to the DHL DOMESTIC EXPRESS Pick Pack online order form, you can have your parcels picked up throughout Switzerland and have them delivered to your own address or to a third party address.

You will only need your current DHL Account number & the parcel label required for shipping that is provided by our courier.

Pick Pack orders can be sent to us Monday through Friday until 5:00 p.m. Collection will take place the next working day.

Confirmation of details for online DHL DOMESTIC EXPRESS Pick Pack Order

By submitting an online DHL DOMESTIC EXPRESS Pick Pack order, you confirm that you are the owner of the indicated Account number and that the customer details, pick up address and delivery address are correct. Goods must be ready for collection on the specified date at the pick up address.

In addition, a surcharge of CHF 15 per Pick Pack package sent is added to the DOMESTIC EXPRESS tariff.

The combination of the Pick Pack service with the following additional services of the DHL DOMESTIC EXPRESS service is explicitly excluded:

  • Delivery before 10:30 AM
  • Delivery before 12:00 Noon
  • Saturday Delivery
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • DOMESTIC EXPRESS with higher insurance
