If you contact DHL using one of our online contact or registration forms within 24 hours of arriving at one of our websites, the campaign ID is attached with the email sent to DHL Sales or Customer Service. This information is solely used to assess how successful our campaigns are and monitor if customers have contacted us as a result of a campaign.
