You may clear your package yourself by visiting Canada Customs at your location.  You will need to present Government-issued Photo ID and Cargo Control Document issued by DHL Express Canada.

If you wish to self-clear your shipment, please notify DHL by completing the Self-Clearance form and we will email you the necessary paperwork.
