Credit Card:
Using ON Demand Delivery is the fastest and easiest way to pay your duties, taxes and fees for your shipment coming into Canada. Please visit our secure payment site or call our payment self-service line at 1-866-768-7801.

Online Bill Payment:
To pay your DHL invoices through your bank please add "DHL Express (Canada) Ltd." as a Payee. Use your 9 digit DHL account number when creating DHL as the payee.

Please send the remittance details to central.cashapps@dhl.com in order to have your invoice payments applied to your account promptly.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT):
Please send an email to central.cashapps@dhl.com to obtain the information. Kindly include your DHL account number in your email request.
