DHL Express may offer limited services or no services at all to or from High Risk Sanctioned Countries and Territories/Restricted Jurisdictions. This list is subject to change at any time in response to evolving trade laws and regulations.
Depending on the destination, origin, nature of the shipment, and applicable laws, DHL Express may perform additional due diligence. This may include requesting further information or documentation from customers, such as a Letter of Indemnity or similar assurances, before a shipment is accepted or processed.
Where DHL Express is handling only a portion of an overall movement of goods (shipment or supply chain) and is not directly transporting goods to or from High Risk Sanctioned Countries and Territories/Restricted Jurisdictions, customers must not involve DHL Express in any part of the movement if the overall transaction originates from, is destined to, or otherwise involves a High Risk Sanctioned Country and Territory/Restricted Jurisdiction or Person.
