ההגדרות של ההצהרות השונות

כל חשבונית מכס חייבת לכלול הצהרה. אנו נכלול את ההצהרה הסטנדרטית על כל חשבוניות המכס, וכן תוכל לבחור בהצהרה נוספת המתאימה לסוג הסחורה הנשלח, למדינה בה יוצרו הטובין, ולמדינות שאליהן נשלחים הטובין.

להלן אפשרויות לצירוף הצהרות שונות למכס, והנוסח שלהן כפי שיופיע על גבי חשבונית המכס.

ברירת מחדל סטנדרטית הצרה זו מודפסת תמיד על כל חשבונית מכס ש- DHL יוצרת, עבור:
  • כל המשלוחים
  • כל ארצות המוצא והיעד

NAFTA הסכם הסחר החופשי של צפון אמריקה (NAFTA) הוא הסכם בין ארצות הברית, קנדה ומקסיקו שנועד להסיר חסמי מכס בין שלוש המדינות. I hereby certify that the goods covered by this shipment qualify as Originating Goods for the purposes of preferential tariff treatment under NAFTA.
מקור מועדף מדינת מוצא מועדפת (Preferential Origin) מתייחסת לטובין שמקורם במדינות מסוימות, אשר עומדות בקריטריונים מסוימים המאפשרים לזכות בתעריפי מכס ומסי יבוא מועדפים במדינת היעד. I/We hereby certify that the information on this document is true and correct and that the contents of this shipment are as stated above. The exporter of the products covered by this document declares that, except where otherwise clearly indicated, these products are of <ORIGIN COUNTRY> preferential origin.
CITES CITES היא האמנה בדבר סחר בינלאומי בסוגים שונים של חיות בר וצמחים אשר נמצאים בסכנת הכחדה. מדובר בהסכם בינלאומי בין ממשלות שנכנס לתוקף בשנת 1975. יבוא, יצוא ושימוש למטרות רווח מסחרי של מינים מסוימים מחייב אישור מיוחד. I confirm the content of this shipment is not made of leather parts of animal species protected by the Washington Convention.
מקור מעודף (Preferential Origin) ו CITES הצהרה זו היא שילוב של הצהרות המכס הבאות הצהרה על מדינת מקור מועדפת (Preferential Origin) והצהרת CITES. I/We hereby certify that the information on this document is true and correct and that the contents of this shipment are as stated above. The exporter of the products covered by this document declares that, except where otherwise clearly indicated, these products are of <ORIGIN COUNTRY> preferential origin. With reference to the above shipment, I confirm the content of this shipment is not made of leather parts of animal species protected by the Washington Convention.
EUR-1 תעודת EUR.1 (המכונה גם מסמך EUR.1 או EUR.1) הינה טופס המשמש בתעבורת סחורות בין-לאומית ותפקידה לאשר את מקורו של המוצר, ואם הדבר רלוונטי, אז לציין גם את הרווח מתנאי סחר מועדפים (בעיקר תעריפי מכס מועדפים) תחת מדיניות סחר מועדף של האיחוד האירופי. על מנת ליהנות מתעריף המכס המועדף במהלך השחרור מהמכס, יש להעביר תעודת EUR.1 תקפה לרשות המוסמכת (לרוב למשרדי המכס במדינת היעד), כאשר בתעודה מאשר היצרן של הטובין את מקור הטובין. הצהרה עבור משלוחי טובין לרוסיה יש להשתמש בעת ביצוע משלוחי טובין מרוסיה או לרוסיה. Our company guarantees that the shipping goods are not military related or goods of multiple application and don’t break the law of Russian Federation “About State Secret, copyrights and intellectual property”. / Наша организация гарантирует, что данный товар не является товаром военного назначения или двойного применения, и не нарушает законодательство РФ «О государственной тайне, об авторских правах и интеллектуальной собственности». Под меры нетарифного регулирования не подпадает.
