I am a corporate customer residing in Italy, how is my electronic invoice validated and sent to me? |
In the event that the customer is a VAT taxable person, the Revenue Agency has ordered that, for the correct identification of each transferee / customer, it provides its suppliers with a PEC address or a recipient code (i.e. a numerical code consisting of 7 digits provided by the revenue agency) specific to which to send the invoice.
This code will be entered in a designated "recipient code" field shown on the invoice.
DHL will provide the electronic invoice to its customers and will continue to send a pdf copy of the invoice via MyBill
