Dichiarazioni Definizioni

Ogni fattura doganale deve essere accompagnata da una dichiarazione. Sarà allegata una dichiarazione standard su tutte le fatture doganali e si potrà selezionare una dichiarazione aggiuntiva richiesta dalla  tipologia  di merci spedite e dei paesi di orgine delle merci spedite.

Di seguito sono elencate le opzioni di dichiarazione e come appaiono su una fattura doganale.

  • Tutte le spedizioni
  • Tutti i paesi di origine e destino

NAFTA L'accordo di libero scambio nordamericano (North American Free Trade Agreement  - NAFTA) è un accordo tra gli Stati Uniti, Canada e Messico progettato per rimuovere le barriere tariffarie tra i tre paesi. I hereby certify that the goods covered by this shipment qualify as Originating Goods for the purposes of preferential tariff treatment under NAFTA.

CITES  CITES è la Convenzione sul commercio internazionale delle specie di flora e fauna selvatiche, è un accordo internazionale tra i governi in vigore dal 1975. La dichiarazione CITES è richiesta per l'importazione ed esportazione a scopo commerciali di alcune specie.  I confirm the content of this shipment is not made of leather parts of animal species protected by the Washington Convention.

With reference to the above shipment, I confirm the content of this shipment is not made of leather parts of animal species protected by the Washington Convention.
EUR.1 Il certificato EUR.1 (noto anche come certificato EUR 1 o EUR 1) è una forma usata nel traffico merci internazionale e viene utilizzato per certificare l'origine di un prodotto e, in caso,  beneficiare di condizioni commerciali favorevoli (tariffe principalmente ) nell'ambito di una politica commerciale preferenziale dell'UE.
