Factuurverklaring definities 

Een douanefactuur moet mogelijk een factuurverklaring bevatten . Wij voegen de standaard factuurverklaring toe bij alle douanefacturen.  U kunt ook extra factuurverklaringen selecteren die van toepassing zijn op het type goederen dat u verstuurt, en voor de landen van oorsprong en bestemming.

Hieronder staan factuurverklaring opties en hoe deze verschijnen op het douanefactuur.

Standaard

Deze factuurverklaring wordt altijd geprint op ieder douanefactuur die DHL creëert, voor:

  • Alle zendingen
  • Alle landen van oorsprong en bestemming

NAFTA De North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) is een overeenkomst tussen de Verenigde Staten, Canada en Mexico, bedoelt om de tarief-barrières tussen de drie landen te verwijderen . I hereby certify that the goods covered by this shipment qualify as Originating Goods for the purposes of preferential tariff treatment under NAFTA.

Preferentiële Oorsprong

 Preferentiële Oorsprong wordt verleend aan goederen van bepaalde landen, die hebben voldaan aan bepaalde criteria waardoor preferentiële invoertarieven kunnen worden gevorderd. I/We hereby certify that the information on this document is true and correct and that the contents of this shipment are as stated above. The exporter of the products covered by this document declares that, except where otherwise clearly indicated, these products are of <ORIGIN COUNTRY> preferential origin.
CITES  CITES is de overeenkomst inzake de internationale handel in bedreigde soorten wilde dieren en planten, een internationale overeenkomst tussen overheden die in 1975 werd gesloten. De import, export en het gebruik voor commerciële doeleinden van bepaalde soorten vereist een CITES vergunning. I confirm the content of this shipment is not made of leather parts of animal species protected by the Washington Convention.

Preferentiële Oorsprong en CITES

 Deze factuurverklaring is een combinatie van zowel de verklaring van Preferentiële Oorsprong en de CITES verklaring. I/We hereby certify that the information on this document is true and correct and that the contents of this shipment are as stated above. The exporter of the products covered by this document declares that, except where otherwise clearly indicated, these products are of <ORIGIN COUNTRY> preferential origin. With reference to the above shipment, I confirm the content of this shipment is not made of leather parts of animal species protected by the Washington Convention.
EUR-1 Het EUR.1 certificaat is een formulier dat word gebruikt in de internationale goederenhandel. Het wordt gebruikt om de oorsprong van een product te waarmerken en, om waar van toepassing, te profiteren van gunstige handelsvoorwaarden (met name tarieven) door preferentiële handelsvoorwaarden  van de EU. Om te kunnen profiteren van de preferentiële tarieven tijdens de invoer van goederen, moet een valide EUR.1 beweging certificaat worden overhandigd aan de autoriteiten (meestal de douane), waarin de producent de oorsprong van de goederen waarmerkt. Rusland factuurverklaring

 Moet worden gebruikt wanneer  douaneplichtige goederen van/naar Rusland worden gestuurd. Our company guarantees that the shipping goods are not military related or goods of multiple application and don’t break the law of Russian Federation “About State Secret, copyrights and intellectual property”. / Наша организация гарантирует, что данный товар не является товаром военного назначения или двойного применения, и не нарушает законодательство РФ «О государственной тайне, об авторских правах и интеллектуальной собственности». Под меры нетарифного регулирования не подпадает.
