Login and Password Updates
What should I expect as MyDHL+ updates the log in process? |
If you are already registered in MyDHL+ you should have received an email or two describing the changes coming to log in process. If you haven't seen these emails, here is what you need to know.
The login interface will appear different, but you will continue to use your existing credentials. A one-time password will be sent to your email address for verification purposes.
When is MyDHL+ log in process changing? |
After you receive an initial email describing the changes, you can expect to experience the new process within two to three weeks.
Why is the MyDHL+ log in process changing? |
DHL takes the security of your data very seriously, the new log in process includes Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security, plus an enhanced level of monitoring for fraudulent or suspicious behavior.
These changes will also simplify the log in process of registering for and using multiple DHL Express applications, portal and tools. After this change you will have one set of credentials you can use for registration, login and profile management.
What if I did not receive an one-time password? |
If you are a corporate customer check with your corporations internal email security. Firewalls, spam folders, content filtering, VPNs and proxies could be blocking the one-time password SMS or email.
Where do I go to manage my DHL Express Profile? |
Log in to MyDHL+, select My Profile from the top navigation, then select DHL Express Login Profile.
