If you wish to upgrade to MyDHL+ Corporate Lite, please confirm the following information, complete the required fields, and submit your application.
Upgrade time: 5:00 PM on the application date - 9:00 AM the following business day. 
(Applications received after 5:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed after 5:00 PM on the next business day)
  • Please ensure your backup (exporting item lists and address books) are complete.
  • If the above timeframe is inconvenient, please notify us in the comments section.
  • Upgrades cannot be processed if any information is incomplete.
  • Please log out of MyDHL+ and wait during the processing period.
