DHL Express does not accept international shipments of Controlled Military Items subject to export controls.

This suspension does not include domestic shipments of Controlled Military Items or international shipments of licensed dual-use items.

If you are uncertain whether your shipment contains military items subject to export controls, please contact your national licensing authority (and/or the licensing authority in the country of origin and destination of the military items) to verify.

To ensure operational continuity during a period of high demand, DHL will be activating a Demand Surcharge (formerly known as Peak Season Surcharge) effective September 15, 2024 until January 31, 2025.
Our login process is changing

If you have cookies running for MyDHL+ on your computer this will be the only time you will have to login twice. DHL has been alerted of the unauthorized use of its business name in SMS messages asking receivers to download an application with the extension '.apk'. We encourage you to let us know at your earliest convenience by sending a screenshot of the suspicious SMS to phishing-dpdhl@dhl.com, include the suspicious phone number in the message. After reporting the fraudulent message, please delete it and under no circumstance should you download the application.

In the face of the challenges posed by the current global COVID-19 situation, DHL Express is working to maintain a reliable delivery service for you and your customers. We are currently mobilizing our business continuity plans, monitoring and responding to rapidly changing local conditions.

In order to ensure operational continuity and to keep connecting the world with a high-quality service, effective 1st April 2020 we will temporarily and until further notice levy an Emergency Situation Surcharge to all Time Definite International (TDI) shipments.

This Emergency Situation Surcharge will allow us to cover part of the operating cost increases and the necessary air network adjustments during the time of this emergency situation.

Please note that the Emergency Situation Surcharge is a temporary charge, which allows us to cover part of the operating cost increases and the necessary air network adjustments.
